THR（宗教節日津貼）是印尼的法定宗教節日薪資 — 通常為服務滿12個月之正式員工的一個月薪資。
THR Keagamaan (Tunjangan Hari Raya) is Indonesia's mandatory religious-holiday allowance, governed by Permenaker No. 6/2016: employees with 12 months or more of continuous service receive one month's wage; those with at least 1 month but under 12 receive a proportional amount — months of service ÷ 12 × monthly wage. The wage base is the basic salary plus fixed allowances, and payment is due no later than 7 days before the religious holiday (H-7). This calculator handles both the full and proportional cases locally.

誰有資格獲得THR，金額是多少？
連續受僱≥1個月（永久、合約/PKWT，包括部分日薪勞工）：服務滿12個月得1個月工資，否則服務月數÷12×工資。一名服務6個月、月薪Rp 6,000,000的勞工可得Rp 3,000,000。
什麼算是 THR 的「工資」？
基本工資 + 固定津貼（tunjangan tetap）——無論出勤與否都支付的津貼。根據Permenaker 6/2016，與出勤相關的變動部分（如餐費或交通津貼）不包括在內。
何時必須支付 THR？
最遲在宗教節日前7天（對多數員工為開齋節；其他信仰員工可依公司慣例在自身節日前領取）。延遲支付的雇主需額外繳納5%行政罰款。
我在開齋節前20天辭職——我還能拿到THR嗎？
在假期前30天內結束僱傭關係的永久員工保留領取THR的權利；合約（PKWT）工人在假期前合約到期的一般不適用。請查看您的終止條款。
