Summary
Momo Tools is built to respect your privacy. The tools run entirely in your browser — the files and text you process are never uploaded to a server. We do not identify individuals or track anyone across days: there are no analytics cookies, accounts or cross-day user IDs.
What we collect
- Tool input: nothing. Images, text and data you use in the tools are processed locally on your device and never sent to us.
- Local storage: Your preferences (such as pinned tools, language choice and unsaved tool inputs) are saved only in your browser's local storage, on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- Anonymous usage counts and daily audience estimates: We count a small set of product events and estimate daily visitors without identifying individuals. To avoid counting page refreshes repeatedly, our server temporarily uses the network address supplied by Cloudflare and the browser type (User-Agent) in memory to create a secret-keyed, purpose-specific randomized code valid only for the current UTC day. The raw network address and browser information are never written to our analytics database or application logs, and are never used for advertising profiles. The codes expire each day and cannot be linked across purposes in stored data; we use no analytics cookies or cross-day user ID. Statistics are kept for up to 90 days and never include tool input.
- Feedback (only if you send it): When you use the feedback button, the message you type, the optional contact field, the tool and language it was sent from, and a coarse country code (to help us reproduce translation issues) are stored with our hosting provider for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically. We do not store your browser details or network address with feedback. That is the only time anything you write is sent to us. To have a feedback entry removed earlier, email us.
Cookies
We do not use cookies. If we ever adopt a cookie-based service, we will update this policy first and say so plainly.
Infrastructure
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes network-level data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages, cache content and block abuse. As described above, our event function receives the network address only transiently for in-memory daily duplicate suppression; we do not write the raw value to our analytics database or application logs. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free performance measurement service that does not track individuals across sites. Besides pages themselves, your browser fetches only static resources from us (fonts, translation dictionaries, ad configuration, cached exchange-rate tables) — these requests never contain your tool inputs. Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, and some pages may show clearly marked sponsored placements. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links do not affect the tools or your data.
Third-party services
When you click an outbound link, the destination site has its own privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
